Fusion People are currently resourcing for experienced Mechanical Design Engineers to join our clients in Melbourne. Deliver high level Mechanical Engineering Design and technical support to Food & Beverage Projects Provide efficient technical advice and documentation accordingly Professionally and safely liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors on site Provide regular progress reports to the project team (multiple projects) Complete and check necessary designs and drawings for assigned projects Mentor or guide other team members where required Requirements: Mechanical Engineering qualification 5 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering positions, preferably design support to materials handling projects with Inventor and/or Solidworks Exposure to Automation is highly recognised Ability to travel between sites as required Efficient self and project management capabilities Strong attention to detail and sound knowledge of Australian Standards Good verbal and written communication skills Full Australian working rights Advantages: Challenging and fulfilling projects Collaborative and supportive environment Take your design and engineering to the next level
