We are seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team.
About the Role:
Located at the Solve facility in Altona, you will report to the Engineering Manager. Responsibilities of the role will include:
Assisting the Engineering and Maintenance team with day-to-day delivery of maintenance and project work
Assisting the Compliance & Sales Teams with material characteristics analysis
Responding to production issues as they happen and providing initial assessments to the management team
Investigation and problem solving activities following significant production downtime events
Assisting Project Managers with ongoing projects on site
Identification of opportunities to improve safety and efficiency of our operations
End-to-end management of small projects
Assisting the Engineering Manager in planning and delivery of major maintenance and upgrade works
Equipment design and modification
