The Company We are a not-for-profit service and support centre for a retiree organisation covering Australia and New Zealand. This is a busy, demanding, energetic job that includes a wide variety of activities. The Role An opportunity for a Marketing Assistant has arisen within our office located in Parramatta. Responsibilities and activities in this role include: Managing editorial and content for several digital and print publications Management of Website and Social media platforms Supporting digital marketing strategies through social media content creation, execution and review Liaising with partners for the production and placement for promotional resources Working closely with and support the Community Engagement Manager in membership growth Identification of new promotional opportunities The key attributes to be successful in this role are: Demonstrated Marketing experience is essential Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Efficient and effective time management Able to achieve results to strict deadlines Exceptional organisation and coordination skills Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written Be a team player
