The Role: The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for providing support to our user base across multiple locations within Australia. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, email and Microsoft Teams as appropriate Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Perform user administration duties Build, configure and deploy computers across the group Maintain Systems Documentation and records Monitor Systems Infrastructure Implement improvements to systems and business processes, utilising supporting technologies to enhance overall organisational performance Assist in the execution of our digital roadmap Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required Solid understanding of Windows desktop OS and Office applications Experience with Microsoft 365 environment Imaging and deployment of desktops and laptops Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting Remote support iOS handheld smartphones and tablets Sound understanding of network infrastructure systems and technologies Windows Server 2016 Active Directory and Exchange Sophos Security Suite (desirable) Ability to provide occasional support after hours About You: A technical, logical thought process An ability to prioritise and delegate A keen eye for detail Demonstrated high-level problem-solving skills Demonstrated high-level communication skills – verbal and written Exceptional organisational and time-management skills The ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently A great attitude and the willingness to learn
