DO YOU LOVE I.T. AND HELPING PEOPLE? A full-time position has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our team at PBSA in the area of Support. There is some flexibility in terms of working in office and some times from home. Duties include: General customer support and training in our software Assist via phone, remote access and onsite Working on tickets Setting up new clients Hardware and software installation Software setup and training Internal knowledge base development Attend support department meetings Meet support department KPI’s Client billing To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and attributes: Experience in customer support Professional phone mannerism and ability to deal with challenging customers Ability to work under pressure and multitask Be detailed and manage time and tasks well Ability to problem solve and suggest improvements in processes Strong knowledge and skills of hardware, windows PC, operating systems and networks Office 365 General love for IT
