At present we are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to join our team. We utilise Pronto with integrated wholesale client e-Commerce, and support a regional sales team equipped with mobile sales devices. Our office based in Western Sydney has approximately 40 office and 50 RF users. The Administrator works hand in hand with our network IT support provider to address PC and Mac user/technical issues, and with our e-Commerce partner to manage and develop our B2B wholesale web application. Key responsibilities of the role are: Administration of users and data in Pronto ERP. First level Pronto support, escalate to Pronto where required (log and monitor calls) Liaise with our Logistics Manager to resolve any issues with order processing/RF network or form printing (Pronto Advanced Warehousing) First level troubleshooting of Pronto Avenue remote users (Sales Reps) and addressing any order integration issues Liaise with our e-Commerce provider to keep our website offer up to date and address any client, content or order integration issues Maintenance of users and licences in Office365 (with 3rd party assistance) Project manage addition of EDI vendors Oversee third party network IT support partner and tickets (weekly visits) Develop SOPs for internal programs IT Project management such as customisations or upgrades This is a varied role with a high level of autonomy. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, good communication skills and positive approach to customer service.
