Our client is looking for an IT Support Officer to join their IT Support team. Responsible for delivering technical support on a variety of services to our clients across the globe. The successful candidate will work well in a small team, have well developed customer service skills, and be at ease managing multiple tasks. Essential Skills and Experience The technical experience to provide first (and some second) level technical support. Experience in client focused service delivery, with strong customer service, relationship and people management skills. The ability to organise, manage competing priorities and tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated well-developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to convey information clearly and to listen and respond to others appropriately. Experience working in a culturally diverse organisation combined with willingness to actively promote an environment of mutual respect for diversity, cultural differences. Relevant technical qualification OR 1-3 years in a technical support role Location and Contract Term This role is based in Canberra. The contract length is for 6 months with possibility of extension.
