This position is based out of Melbourne with a well-established Australian builder who is seeking a highly motivated Building Supervisor to join our team. This Full-Time position will report to the Construction Manager. Duties Include • Supervising all construction related activities; • Manage schedule & coordinate the construction of homes from pre site inspection through to signed ICC completion & handover. • Check that all works are in accordance with the working drawings; • Ensure the proper completion of maintenance in conjunction with Office Administrators • Ensure a safe working environment on all site following OHS & E practices; • Ensure all contractors & suppliers confirm to the company's requirements with respect to insurance and other statutory requirements • Effectively ensure the client company relationship is maintained at all times • Following strict process and procedures Skills • Display high level of professionalism, maturity & customer service • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Microsoft Office Suite skills including usage of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook; • A sound knowledge of the volume home building industry in Victoria • High level of time management & organisational skills; • Ability to multi-task & proactive approach to all tasks provided • The completion of trade qualification (preferred); and • A current driver's license & ability to undertake travel as required
