Permanent Full-time opportunity Location: Melbourne VIC | Working from home flexibility Drive strategic and commercial results and strong leadership About the role: Your key responsibilities will include providing leadership and direction to maximise the value from a significant leasehold and freehold property portfolio. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute opex/capex budgets, cash flow modelling and business case development to executive leadership team Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement Real Estate strategies and plans for the region Own new site selection, acquisition and development; surrendering or renegotiating existing leases and/or redevelopment of existing sites Protect and enhance the real estate portfolio through identification and facilitation of alternate profit centres and site optimisation activities Build world class health and safety culture and deliver best practice contractor management and safety outcomes About you You will be an individual who is passionate about strong leadership and mentoring a team within a large retail property portfolio. You will be commercially and strategically minded with a strong background in property development and/or leasing. Key skills and experience: Tertiary qualifications in property or construction project management Relevant technical field qualifications.
