About the role:
Providing technical support across the company
Timely responses to service issues and requests
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer and scanners
Backup monitoring and management
Office365 and one drive management
Knowledge of managed switching, network patching, firewalls and routers - preferred but not essential, however, willing to work towards
Knowledge of SQL and SQL Server, Excel VBA, VB.net - preferred but not essential, however, willing to work towards
About you:
Experience in a similar role for 2 years - preferred but not essential
Tertiary IT qualifications - or willing to work towards
Microsoft certification - or willing to work towards
Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service
Strong communication and relationship building skills
A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s licence - driving to different locations is a necessity
