Job Descriptions: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of LFG and leachate management systems. Oversee the operational aspects of the site including scheduling, client meetings, costings, cost control, forecasting and management reporting. Client and Stakeholder management. Ensure all environmental management practices comply with licensing conditions and government regulations. Lead, mentor, and manage a team to ensure operational excellence. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate and manage construction and maintenance activities on-site. Monitor and report on site performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in environmental management, l. Proven experience in environmental management with the preferred candidate having LFG and Leachate experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
