You will be capable of liaising with senior customer stakeholders and of coordinating the delivery of high quality IT services leveraging internal and external delivery partners. Experience supporting world class researchers and educators would be a great advantage, as would demonstrated experience with innovation and process improvement within large and complex organisations and any experience in managing or supporting cloud and/or on-premise hosted infrastructure and applications.
