Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, follow up payments, costs allocations, reconciliations and budget tracking.
Fortnightly payroll
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
Create the employee files in the system and keep it updated (contracts, records).
Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
Attends regular meetings as scheduled, take minutes and prepare reports, when requested.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
3 years’ experience working in an office setting (bookkeeping and payroll)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Xero software
Ability to multitask and prioritise projects
Customer service oriented
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
