We have recognised the need to appoint a new person to our team of engineers in the role of ICT Customer Support Officer. Day to day duties as ICT Customer Support Officer will include: General IT helpdesk/troubleshooting General technical problem solving - hardware and software Process optimisation to improve business efficiency Onboarding/offboarding staff accounts Setting up new PCs (imaging advantageous) Office 365 tenant administration AD/Azure administration Exchange online administration Sharepoint administration Network setup, fault-finding and administration (including hardware procurement and installation, IP/DHCP/DNS etc) VoIP phone system to be set up Ability to work with service providers such as ISPs and hardware vendors. IT hardware asset management Providing training and creating training material for common processes/issues SQL coding advantageous Printer management Practical skills including ethernet termination, cable management and installation of network hardware Self-motivated and self-managed. std 38 hour week Monday to Friday, start 8:30am We are looking forward to seeing your resume and applications for this role.
