About the Role: The Technical Analyst will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. . Responsibilities; Analyst and evaluate system program needs Identify and document limitations in technology and recommend solutions and technology to meet business needs Liaise with the business and testers on technical design decisions Requirements gathering, workflow mapping, system touchpoints and data field documentation Providing business support during the post-implementation period Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling and implementation .
