We are looking for a Media and Communications Intern to join our team! Our Internship Program is a 12-week program with 2-3 days per week. If you are enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student, we encourage you to apply. Our internship has a mentorship component. Must be based in Melbourne. The role will be quite flexible and could work with a student studying towards a relevant degree (Business / Public Relations / Marketing / Communications). We would be able to provide and liaise with education facilities for any paperwork needed to earn credits towards degrees of further education. Outstanding applicants may have the opportunity to transit this internship role into a long-term part-time role. What you will be doing: Your main role will be to produce marketing materials. This includes the opportunity to write partnership pitches, write government grant applications, coordinate with local schools and partners for program launching and work on campaigns and ad-hoc projects. Who should apply: Engagement Details: - Flexible hours - 15 hours / week min - Can work from home - Commencing immediately - Duration – 12 weeks min - Please note this is an unpaid position Required Skills, Qualifications & Experiences: - Excellent communication and writing skills - Fast learner and confident to take charge of projects independently - Experience using CAD programs (Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva) is a plus, but not required - Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and time management - Strong work ethic, self-motivated with a "can do" attitude
