Our team is an exceptional collection of engineers and business owners that have delivered complex projects in Corporate and Education contexts, as well as solutions for other MSP partners. What we need: After several years of uninterrupted growth, we need to grow our Project Delivery team in Sydney with an experienced cross-disciplined Technical Consultant | Product Manager, with a primary role of enabling SharePoint Online service delivery to our clients. This role will work on exciting projects designing, building, and supporting complex solutions for our customers and internally. In addition, this role will add digital marketing capabilities to our organisation and to our clients, with a view to growing our brand in the digital marketing space and becoming the lead of a digital products/digital marketing team. The selected candidate will work closely with our Solution Architects on projects such as: - Automating single-tenant, franchise Office 365 tenancies to enable co-management and deliver simplified reporting - AWS | Azure and Private Cloud services in the IaaS and PaaS space - Automation and data analytics - Mixed service networks complex networks supporting critical physical infrastructure (CCTV, BMS, Access Control, Voice, Data) - Implementing, programming and documenting digitised business processes in CRM/SharePoint/Teams - Building SPAs to interact with the Polaris framework to deliver infrastructure management capability over the web - i.e. front-end development in React, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, etc - Medium and large scale modern management projects, migrating organisations to utilise Microsoft 365 technologies and platforms. Responsibilities: - Design, build and support internal & client PaaS over the full infrastructure stack: Network, Server, Storage & Virtualisation. - Provide high quality documentation post project ensuring smooth transition to BAU for Service Desk team - Contribute to the re-architecture of platforms and lead migration projects to move key applications to Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 and AWS Technologies: This role will work across the following technologies, and we would expect applicants to be familiar with multiple (but not all) of these. The technologies are in order of most beneficial to your candidacy, to the least: - SharePoint Online - OS (Windows desktop, Windows Server, Linux, macOS) common application stacks on them (Active Directory, RemoteApp, etc) - Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Office 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager - Front-end development in React, Vue.js, HTML, CSS - Digital Product development/Digital Marketing - CRM & Business Process Automation - Collaboration (Teams/Zoom Rooms) Requirements: - Experience designing, implementing, and supporting solutions across multiple of the above technologies - Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and select solutions - Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture - Attention to detail - Background in MSPs preferred - Appropriate certifications would be preferable but is not required - Experience in working with not-for-profits - Ability to perform sales and pre-sales consulting Additional: - Cloud4x have clients with Russian-speaking developers in Former Soviet Union states; proficiency in Russian would be looked upon favourably. - Background in business management roles as this role will require you to interact with C-suite executives.
