Due to continual growth, we are seeking an Estimator who takes pride in producing quality work, in partnership with the project and operations team to ensure our client's needs are met.
Reporting to the Estimating Team Leader you will be required to:
Produce production estimates and purchase orders in a timely manner and ensure information is accurate
Ensure a high level of compliance with our software programs
Maintain BOQ’s and rates within Databuild to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and end user satisfaction
Work closely with the sales estimators and designers to ensure accuracy across final documentation before finalising each job file and presenting to the construction department.
Actively participate within the estimating department, providing support, sharing knowledge, and seeking ways to drive better business practice.
Maintain strong communication and healthy work relationships with relevant suppliers, contractors, and principal contractors to fulfil the role
Ensure 100% compliance in all aspects of legislative work, health & safety and take measures to ensure safe work practice of yourself, other employees, our customers, contractors, and suppliers.
The successful candidate will be able to multi-task and prioritise throughout the day. They will enjoy being busy, taking on new challenges and be able to work to deadlines.
