Job Description Position objectives To assist the Intelligent Process Automation team in carrying out various engagements and projects; To Apply knowledge of client/firm/industry trends and current issues; Share own knowledge and experience with others and develop effective relationships with clients and team members. To work closely with business stakeholders and working alongside a client to enable them to deliver and scale RPA solutions Main responsibilities • Design data driven automation of processes and decisions that span across multiple technology platforms. • Evaluate solutions for scalability, performance and best practices and compliance with development standards. • Deliver on assigned responsibilities adhering to coding standards, policies and procedures • Build and configure scalable and efficient intelligent automation solutions and reusable components that can be leveraged across different business lines. • embed machine learning and cognitive capabilities into integration workflows and automated processes. • Serve as a subject matter expert to others seeking to utilize intelligent automation technologies to streamline and optimise existing and new business processes • Responsible for architecture, design, build, test and deployment of the RPA solution. • Convert business’s requirements into a working solution. • Contribute to solution documentation to support solution transition and maintenance, do effort estimation, Delivery planning, Software Quality Assurance • Work closely with the Business Analyst and functional experts. • Work within project schedule constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues. Creating Handover Documentation Qualifications • 5 Professional IT experience • RPA Tool Certification. Either: UiPath Developer Certification, Blue Prism Accredited Developer or Automation Anywhere certification. • Bachelor’s degree – Engineering, Software Essential skills • Good communication skills; sound understanding of KPMG procedures ad internal processes, detailed understanding of audit and accounting practices; strong professional acumen and ability to lead/direct a team. • Deep understanding of IT architecture concepts. • Solid technical experience in an IT programming development environment with evidence of the ability to complete functional and technical designs, code, unit test and documentation. • Capable of playing a lead developer role • Project management: disciplined in managing project scope, timeline and budget to meet deadlines • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills; • Collaborative working style to engage with the rest of the team and ensure delivery. • Ability to understand business requirements & develop appropriate automation solutions; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to explain technical detail to non-technical colleagues.
