Due to continued growth within our company, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to take on the fulltime position of Business Solutions Manager. As part of our Group-wide Enterprise Transformation team, you will be responsible for managing the design and successful implementation of business solutions across our group (including recruitment systems, RPO and MSP solutions). Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Transformation, you will also be responsible for leading a small team of Business Analysts. Your key responsibilities will include: • Management of Enterprise Transformation business analysis team and implementation of an IT change and improvement strategy with the creation of relevant supporting process and policy documentation. • Apply effective Business Analysis and project management methodology to ensure successful implementation and transitions (including Pre-planning, Discovery and Assessment, Design & Change Management, Configuration and Implementation, Systems Testing and UAT). Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: • Extensive proven experience supporting complex IT system implementations (including RPO and MSP solutions). • Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in implementing ATS technology, VMS, CRM and integrating other technologies and providers such as talent community, job posting, video interviewing, assessment and other components of the recruitments and staffing process • Experience running discovery and scoping sessions with stakeholders. • Extensive experience in documenting IT system requirements for business approval including technology enhancement & incentive proposals, functional specifications, data analysis, privacy & risk mitigation and configuration catalogues. • Able to pass relevant security clearances as required. • An energetic disposition with a natural affinity for people and developing solid relationships. • Grit, passion and a proven motivation to achieve individual and team goals. • High level of commercial acumen with the ability to translate commercial insight into business opportunities. • Proven contract negotiation and risk management skills In return, you will enjoy the opportunities that come with joining one of Australasia's largest HR consulting, outsourcing and recruitment organisations.
