About the Role – Early Childhood Teacher
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs and supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with children, families, and colleagues to set meaningful and achievable learning goals
Demonstrate and role model best-practice teaching aligned with the Reggio Emilia approach
Support and mentor educators to enhance children’s identity, wellbeing, confidence, and sense of belonging
Design and deliver engaging, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments that inspire curiosity and exploration
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
Strong alignment with the Reggio Emilia educational philosophy
Valid Teacher Registration
A genuine passion for early childhood education and continuous learning
