Location: Melbourne, VIC Job Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day management of the store to ensure efficient operations - Manage and train staff, organise shift schedules and coordinate team activities - Deliver excellent customer service, uphold the brand image and maintain customer relationships - Monitor sales performance, set and implement sales targets and promotional plans - Manage stock, ordering and product display to ensure accurate stock levels and adequate product availability - Control operating costs and enhance the store’s profitability - Handle customer complaints and unexpected situations to ensure smooth store operations Requirements: - Relevant experience as a Retail Manager or Store Manager is preferred - Good communication skills in both Chinese and English - Ability to manage teams and train staff - Strong customer service awareness and sales skills - Diligent and responsible, with good time management and execution skills
