Full-time Admin Position Available
Location: South East Melbourne (Office based in Cheltenham)
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with occasional flexibility)

Your Responsibilities
• Handle daily administrative tasks, document processing, client communication, and email correspondence
• Coordinate communication between installation teams and clients
• Follow up on order progress and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) — most clients and electricians are local Australians
Is a recent graduate or has 1–2 years of experience and is willing to learn
Holds a valid driver’s licence and has access to a car
Lives in Melbourne’s south east suburbs (e.g. Clayton, Springvale, Glen Waverley, Cheltenham nearby)
Is organised, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
