About the opportunity
You will use your exceptional office administration skills to ensure the smooth running of this business' day to day needs and be the first point of contact for all incoming stakeholders.
Duties
Be the first point of contact for internal & external stakeholders
Provide admin support to cross functional teams of the business incl. marketing, sales & medical
Efficiently answer and direct all incoming calls and correspondence
Manage and direct the email inbox accordingly
Assist with filing, mail and general administrative tasks
Organise meetings and travel arrangements
Maintain meeting rooms and ensure fridges are stocked
Ensure general office supplies are stocked
Skills and Experience
Prior admin/reception experience
Professional phone etiquette
Proactive, bubbly nature with strong capability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
Systems oriented- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
