Marketing & Sales Support Specialist – Melbourne
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s social media accounts, including content planning, copywriting, material curation, and posting on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and LinkedIn;
- Assist in developing and executing monthly and quarterly marketing plans, track campaign performance, and conduct post-campaign reviews to optimize strategies;
- Compile company project case studies, client stories, and promotional materials; maintain and update company brand and promotional resources;
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline brand promotion activities, partnership negotiations, and marketing campaigns;
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily team operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, maintaining CRM data, and tracking tasks;
- Assist with schedule management, drafting and responding to emails, travel coordination, and other administrative support tasks;
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media operations, content planning, or a related field;
- Familiarity with the operational logic of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and LinkedIn;
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong English email and copywriting skills;
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent multitasking and time management skills;
- Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented, capable of independently driving and completing tasks;
