English requirements: Functional English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

We are now looking for an experienced Forklift Driver / Senior Warehouse Operator to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse include cold storage (-18°C) . Key Responsibilities: Operate forklift to load, unload, and move stock safely Pick and pack orders accurately in freezer environment Receive, check, and store incoming goods Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment Support daily operations and guide team members Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Perform stocktakes and assist with inventory control Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times What We're Looking For: Valid forklift licence (LF) Previous warehouse or store person experience(2+ years preferred) Good understanding of warehouse operations Good physical fitness - able to lift and move heavy items High attention to detail and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in -18°C freezer conditions Team player with leadership experience Driving small truck to do delivery while needed What We Offer: Supportive team environment Stable, full-time position Competitive pay (based on experience) PPE and freezer gear provided On-the-job training and development Opportunity for growth within the company
