Key responsibilities
Greenwood Business & Convention Centre
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, potential members and event enquiries.
Welcome clients, conduct site tours and present the Centre professionally.
Assist with room bookings, meeting-room setup coordination and event preparation.
Maintain the booking calendar, enquiry pipeline and membership follow-up list.
Support corporate meetings, seminars, boardroom sessions, training events and networking functions.
Coordinate with caterers, AV support, cleaners, IT support and facility management.
Help maintain a premium presentation standard across client-facing areas.
Assist with the Centre’s membership portal, website content, brochures and operating procedures.
Membership and business development support
Follow up potential members after inspections and enquiries.
Assist with preparing membership proposals and event packages.
Maintain CRM records and enquiry status updates.
Help identify target members, associations, training providers and local businesses.
Support email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and member communications.
Assist with recurring member events and business community activities.
Executive operations support
Help the Managing Director track key priorities, deadlines and action items.
Prepare meeting notes, follow-up lists and progress summaries.
Chase internal team members, suppliers and consultants for updates.
Keep project trackers updated across key business areas.
Help organise documents, correspondence and internal records.
Escalate delays, issues and risks early.
Project coordination support
You may assist with coordination and follow-up across:
Greenwood leasing and tenant enquiries;
Greenwood Business & Convention Centre setup;
Prefabricated construction initiatives;
Development project tasks and consultant follow-ups;
Mortgage/Finance business operational tasks;
supplier and contractor coordination;
general business improvement projects.
