• Prepare, weigh, and mix ingredients according to approved recipes and production schedules.
• Produce and bake a range of cakes, cheesecakes, sponge cakes, pudding cakes, and other specialty dessert products to consistent quality standards.
• Assemble, decorate, finish, and package products for wholesale distribution and retail sale.
• Operate and maintain commercial baking equipment safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
• Implement food safety, hygiene, allergen management, and cross-contamination control procedures in accordance with company policies and Australian regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation and storage, and report ingredient and packaging requirements.
• Support daily production operations by maintaining accurate records, meeting production deadlines, and assisting with customer service and product enquiries when required.
