Sydney Preschool Job Opening | Full-Time ECT Early Childhood Educator
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement educational activities and learning plans based on the children’s ages, interests, and developmental stages;
- Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development, and complete relevant learning records and educational plans;
- Create a safe, positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment;
- Promote children’s language, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play, exploration, and interactive activities;
- Maintain open communication with parents, providing timely feedback on children’s learning, growth, and daily behavior at the center;
- Collaborate effectively with the Room Leader, Educators, and Center Management to collectively enhance the quality of education and care;
Job Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Early Childhood Education that meets the ECT qualification requirements;
- Possess strong English communication and writing skills;
- Be passionate about early childhood education, and demonstrate patience, a sense of responsibility, and a warm, approachable demeanor toward children;
- Possess strong classroom management, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills;
- Be able to independently complete educational plans, child observation records, and learning assessments;
