Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa

The duties and responsibilities include but not are not limited to: Answering and directing a high volume of incoming calls Greeting customers Ensuring the reception are kept clean and presentable Carrying out daily tasks that involve data entry Assisting with general administration when required ESSENTIAL SKILLS Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar receptionist / front line role - automotive experience is desirable but not a prerequisite for this role. Ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of customer and staff (both verbal and written form) Moderate-experienced level computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel) Energetic, dynamic, "can-do" and cooperative personality Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task The ability to be professional and discreet A high level of professionalism and personal presentation The ability to work independently and with flexibility WE CAN OFFER YOU Full Time, Monday to Friday Highly competitive remuneration package Growing & professional dealership Great working conditions & facilities
