Melbourne | Landscape Architect Position
Main Responsibilities:
• Participate in landscape design and scheme development for residential, commercial, and other architectural projects
• Complete conceptual designs, site plans, landscape features, and related design drawings according to project requirements
• Assist in preparing design proposals, visualizations, and project presentation materials
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other project team members to coordinate the overall design
• Adjust proposals and optimize designs based on client and project needs
• Assist in monitoring project progress and handle technical and communication matters arising during the design process
• Participate in site surveys and provide reasonable landscape design recommendations based on actual project conditions
Candidate Requirements:
• Background in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in commonly used design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong design aesthetic sense, spatial understanding, and ability to express ideas through drawings
• Good English communication skills; candidates with excellent Chinese communication skills will be given priority
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and responsible, with strong teamwork and communication skills
