Job Responsibilities:
Greet parents and students visiting the campus or seeking online consultations, understand students’ learning needs, and provide course counseling
Recommend appropriate course plans based on students’ individual circumstances and the Aosheng curriculum system, and drive conversions for trial classes, enrollment, and renewal
Continuously follow up with prospective clients and families of current students to maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with teachers, manage class scheduling, and arrange course schedules to ensure effective learning outcomes and a positive service experience
Regularly monitor students’ progress and gather parent feedback to help achieve individual and team enrollment goals
Job Requirements:
Fluent in Chinese; able to communicate in English at a conversational level; approachable and patient (fluency in English is a plus)
Clear thinking; good at listening and analyzing; experience in the education or service industry is preferred
Able to adapt to the educational institution’s schedule, which involves working weekends and taking days off during the week on a rotating basis
