Melbourne Construction Company is Hiring One Full-Time Site Manager
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor on-site construction schedules for residential projects;
- Arrange and coordinate construction processes, subcontractors, and material deliveries;
- Review architectural drawings, structural drawings, and relevant consultant drawings;
- Monitor on-site progress, construction quality, safety, and inspection schedules;
- Prepare construction plans for the next 2–3 weeks in advance;
- Promptly identify and report issues related to design, construction, materials, and workflow coordination;
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, building surveyors, and other project personnel;
- Complete on-site documentation, progress reports, and updates to the project management system in accordance with company requirements;
Basic Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Australian residential construction or site management;
- Experience with standalone houses and townhouse projects;
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and plan construction sequences appropriately;
- Strong skills in subcontractor coordination, quality inspection, and on-site issue resolution;
- Fluent in Mandarin;
