Position｜Full-time ECT Early Childhood Educator
Location: Sydney, NSW
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement educational curricula and learning activities appropriate for children’s ages and developmental stages, in accordance with the EYLF and early childhood education philosophies;
- Observe, document, and assess children’s learning, growth, and development, and develop corresponding educational plans;
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning and growth environment for children;
- Maintain open communication with parents and regularly share updates on children’s learning and development;
- Work closely with Educators, Room Leaders, and Center Management to ensure the smooth implementation of the curriculum and daily teaching activities;
- Pay attention to each child’s individual needs and promote their social, emotional, cognitive, and language development;
Job Requirements:
- Hold an Australian-recognized Early Childhood Teaching qualification or a relevant accredited degree;
- Meet the relevant registration/certification requirements for working as an ECT in NSW;
- Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC);
- Possess strong English communication and writing skills;
