Job Opening at a Motel in Victoria | Full-Time Motel Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the motel’s daily operations and overall management to ensure all departments run smoothly;
- Manage daily operations such as front desk reception, room reservations, check-in, and check-out;
- Oversee room cleaning, maintenance, and the overall guest environment to ensure service and hygiene standards are met;
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to enhance guest satisfaction;
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules, work assignments, and daily training;
- Monitor the motel’s reservations, occupancy rates, and room rate arrangements;
Qualifications:
- Prior management experience in a motel, hotel, accommodation facility, or the hospitality industry is preferred;
- Strong customer service, communication, and coordination skills;
- Ability to manage staff, create schedules, and oversee day-to-day operations;
- Familiarity with hotel/accommodation reservation systems and OTA platforms is preferred;
- Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently;
