Melbourne Tech Company Hiring | Full-Time Project Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning, implementation, installation, deployment, and ongoing technical support of POS systems projects to ensure successful project delivery;
- Coordinate with clients, sales, product, and R&D teams to track project progress and resolve technical issues during implementation;
- Responsible for on-site and remote installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of POS systems, networks, and related peripheral devices;
- Manage multiple projects and technical support tasks to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet client requirements;
- Collect client feedback, analyze system performance issues, and collaborate with R&D and product teams to drive system optimization;
- Provide daily technical support and client training to enhance system efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field;
- Experience in project engineering, technical project management, or project implementation;
- Experience with POS system installation, deployment, and technical support;
- Familiarity with computer networks, related hardware equipment, and troubleshooting procedures;
- Familiarity with remote technical support tools and ticketing systems;
- Strong project planning, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
