[Urgent Hiring: Project Coordinator] A Melbourne-based signage production company is hiring a Project Coordinator to primarily assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project tasks. Job Responsibilities • Track project progress and update project spreadsheets • Organize documents such as quotes, orders, and drawings • Communicate and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and installation teams • Assist in preparing installation documents (e.g., SWMS) • Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager Requirements • Fluent in both Chinese and English; detail-oriented and organized • Proficient in Excel and Outlook • Management experience in the construction industry is preferred; training will be provided
