The Opportunity: First Page requires an experienced ICT Business and Systems Analysts to help us develop and implement technology system plans and documentation to review, evaluate and optimise business processes and maximise profits for the company. You will be joining a specialised performance media agency that currently employs some of the best marketing minds globally. About you: • You have 5 years of relevant experience and/or a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in computer science, computer engineering, or IT, or in a related discipline. Certifications in business analysis as awarded by Information Systems Examination Board or other recognised bodies are also required. Experience in business, systems analysis, or quality assurance is a plus • You have exceptional project management methodology and techniques in developing and managing project plans • You have extraordinary troubleshooting skills that you can conduct investigation and analysis tests to identify errors or flaws in business/system methods to suggest action plans for improvement and determine best practices and guidelines for the business • You have great IT skills that you are adept at developing, maintaining, and running systems software to meet the technological needs of a business. • You have excellent communication skills that you can clearly communicate technical solutions and requirements to both internal and external stakeholders What you will be doing: • Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures, and work practices • Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour • Using project management methodologies, principles, and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource, and manage projects • Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting, and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system • Creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes • Developing functional specifications for use by system developers • Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software • Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision-making process Benefits: • Generous salary. • Bi-Monthly offsite activities and a huge mid-year awards party. • Fully stocked beer & wine fridge for when you are in the office. • Nintendo Switches with all the latest and most popular games • Be mentored by some of the best in the game. • Hybrid working environment. • Join a global agency group. 900 strong!
