What's involved A long-term opportunity, with scope to increase to full-time a possibility for the right candidate! Looking for someone to assist in production processes for an immediate start. The role is well-suited to someone with a practical background - there'll be room to grow and flourish in this space! The successful applicant will work alongside our team, with a focus on high quality production. based out of our Nunawading workshop, our team will provide site-specific training and guidance to support your success in this role. KEY DUTIES: • Machine operation, running to targeted efficiencies • Post-processing / quality control • Assembly • Managing procedures, from start to the end process • Packaging products • Various factory duties as required • Maintaining a safe work environment REQUIREMENTS: • Availability during business hours • Strong attention to detail • Efficiency driven, exceptionally organised & reliable • Mechanical aptitude • Ability to work & problem solve autonomously • Positive, can-do attitude & communication skills DESIRABLE SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: • Experience working with plastic, wood or metal • Knowledge of and comfort using power tools • Tool maintenance skills • An interest in industrial design / engineering / CAD software • Experience in a manufacturing environment • Previous machine operating experience is highly regarded
