Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

The role is suitable for an Architect and Draftsperson with a strong passion in creative design and project management. As a team member, you will be: Working in a collaborative, friendly environment and closely with the Directors of the company; Continual involvement in the Architectural design and documentation process in all range of complexities and in various sectors; Given the opportunity in overseeing the services throughout all stages of the project from initial concept through to construction; Given the opportunity to travel and explore all regions of Victoria. Gain time in-leiu benefits; Set-up remote working environment (during Covid lockdowns); Given the opportunity to expand your knowledge to achieve Architect registration or further your career; Involved with ongoing company social events; Working only half day on Fridays for personal wellbeing. Our ideal candidate: Minimum 5 years industry experience; Some proficiency in the use of Revit; Confident and has great communication skills; Enjoys working in collaboration with their peers; Passionate designer and has adopted skills in producing high-level documentation; A current drivers license. Covid19 Vaccination status (currently update-to-date or intented to complete)
