This involves the following:
Accurately using ArchiCAD to prepare and complete architectural drawings within designated time frames.
Ensure all drawings are completed with accuracy to reflect customer requirements as described in the sales and production estimate, as well as in accordance with Creation Homes standards.
Review soils, surveys, engineering, drawings to ensure compliance.
Produce drawings to support stages of the workflow process to reflect the requirements and to incorporate amendments required to obtain all relevant permits; and
Contributing ideas for improving housing designs.
The successful candidates will have:
Drafting experience, strong preference for Detached Dwellings and Medium Density or within the production drafting residential building industry
Documentation of Concept designs and Town Planning drawings.
A strong understanding of the residential home building and construction process
Exposure and competent use of BCA, Rescode, Design Guidelines, MCP’s ArchiCAD
The ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken and
Have the desire for creating and implementing continuous improvement ideas for the business processes.
