AI Talent As a systems analyst, you will use computers and related systems to design new IT solutions, financial solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity. You must have a high level of technical expertise and clear insights into current business practices, as well as financial procedures. You will: Conducting requirement analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems; Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met; Working closely with colleagues to provide IT solutions for internal and external clients; Providing training material and user manuals to users of a new systems; Drawing up, supervising and documenting testing schedule for complete system; Planning and working flexibly to deadlines; Supporting users on change control and systems updates; Meeting with Australian based Nepali and Indian clients Creating projects and costing reports; Developing financial project plan to support and lead the implementation of software solution; Work with our clients deploying system deliverables and training people across the systems resources; Examine existing IT systems and business models; Analyse Financial and marketing systems requirements; Configure automated processes using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Skills: You will need to have: A minimum of 2 x years’ experience Masters in Business specialised in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Broad knowledge of hardware, software and programming; Ability to learn quickly; Ability to contribute to a team effort; Logical approach to problem solving; Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail; Business awareness; Previous experience working with jQuery, AJAX, CSS, and HTML Presentation skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Analyse, create and improve the functional and technical solutions; Knowledge of financial systems Understanding of ERP Integration and Admin Setup in SAP Permanent Residents (PR), Australian / Citizens are eligible to apply Job Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 per year (inclusive of super)
