What you will be doing; Operate across the full software development life cycle (SDLC) Write well-designed, elegant and testable code Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility Integrate software components into a fully functional software system Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures Document and maintain software functionality Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems What the role looks like. Your role as a PHP Software Engineer will be to work on the development of our XDashboard product using the latest versions of PHP (Laravel) and modern frontend frameworks like React, Redux, Styled Components. You will be part of exciting developments, such as implementing new product features, integrating external and internal Rest APIs, fixing bugs and continually enhancing the product's features and performance using an Agile (Scrum) development framework. An idea of the type of profile we are looking for: 2 years commercial experience with PHP web frameworks (preferably with Laravel) Experience with javascript frameworks (such as Vue, React) Big plus if you have an experience building APIs (ideally, highly scalable, low-latency) Experience with testing frameworks and practices Work and thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Cover Genius?
