Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Ideally a minimum of 10 years of experience delivering e-Commerce/Web/Digital projects and undertaking analysis, requirements gathering or system design
- Demonstrable ability to manage project resources, business stakeholders and third party suppliers
- Experience of Retail technologies is desirable, as is experience working in the health, wellness or beauty industries
- Experience prioritizing tasks based on commercial drivers
- Naturally inquisitive, prepared to repeatedly ask “why” to get to the real problem to solve
- The ability to dig deep to find the best solutions to business challenges
- Ability to manage deadlines and time estimates that enable successful project delivery
- Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail
- Be Retail savvy and business aware
- The ability to focus on key priorities and follow through on commitments
- Shows initiative and brings new ideas to the business and establish collaborative and genuine business relationships
Significant experience of e-Commerce/Web/Digital is a must, with retail experience highly desirable. In addition, you will work well within a changing environment. This role will be based at our office in South Melbourne, but the incumbent will need to travel to endota Support Centre in Moorooduc on a weekly basis.
