About the Role:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent full time Marketing Coordinator (Supporter Experience) to join our Melbourne office in Blackburn. Reporting to the Supporter Experience Manager this role is crucial in the management of nationwide supporter experience and engagement initiatives as well as the development of programs that address supporter needs and drive loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement the supporter engagement plan, which is supported by a tactical calendar of activities, traditional and digital assets.
Implement a supporter relationship and conversation plan that builds supporter loyalty and trust, and ultimately enhances supporter retention.
Manage all donor engagement communications and initiatives in line with TSA standards and KPIs including newsletters, thank you communications and email updates.
Implementation a supporter communication plan which focus on stewardship, loyalty and improved supporter sentiment.
Draft supporting materials that support the supporter communication plan including DMs, newsletters, eDMs, digital content and campaigns.
About you:
Degree in Marketing/Fundraising/Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Proven track record in a customer service, fundraising or marketing environment
Experience with multichannel fundraising streams including databases and direct mail
