This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer that has experience working in an IT Managed Service Provider environment to join our team at Network Office Sunshine Coast.

Experienced: 3 years experience delivering projects across all aspects of a solutions stack – servers, O365, Cloud, Networking, Firewalls and storage. Also a minimum 5 years experience working in technical ICT service delivery roles.

Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft desktop & Server Products;
Windows 7/8/10;
Windows Server 2012/2016;
SQL Server/Exchange Server/Active Directory/Office 365/Azure;
Broadsoft/3CX;
Local and Cloud based Backup software's and maintenance;
Virus software and maintenance;
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Efficient time keeping skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks;
Excellent organisational skills;
Ability to use initiative and be highly proactive;
Be an effective team member;
Reliable and trustworthy;
