Flexible working arrangements
Reporting to our Business Manager, you will be responsible for client contract negotiation and administration, material and labour sourcing, project scoping and cost estimating, and onsite Project management as needed.
Project scoping and estimating will include identifying potential development sites, and working with a small team of designers, engineers, estimators and building consultants to develop the site for medium density housing, apartments or commercial uses. You will also work with client opportunities to help progress their developments in the same way.
Onsite Project management will be required for these projects, working with Construction Supervisors to provide timely sourcing of materials and labour, including contract administration, and ensuring onsite safety and environmental compliance.
The successful candidate
You must have an in-depth understanding of the Building industry preferably in the medium density and small commercial building environment, and sound knowledge of the requirements for project management to deliver projects on time and in budget.
