About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Full Stack Developer to support the OnTRAC and CXZTRAC programs powered by Connexion for some of the world’s leading automotive brands.
You will contribute to enabling global automotive manufacturers to increase asset utilisation amongst their Dealer and Customer bases, including for their exciting EV line-ups.

The role is preferably Melbourne-based, with remote working considered for the right candidate.
What you will be doing
• Using cutting edge technologies, own and improve solutions, features and components on our platform.
• Collaborating with a cross-functional team consisting of business analyst, product manager, customer support and QA in a fast-paced environment.
• Helping analyse customer's requirements, design, build and maintain large-scale SaaS projects primarily written in Nodejs and Angular.
• Researching, consulting, analyzing and evaluating system program needs
• Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
• Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification
• Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards
• Writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures
• Providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costing for recommending software purchases and upgrades
You are someone with
• 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Nodejs, Java including object-oriented design.
• Experience with agile development or similar methodologies for continuous product development and deployment.
• Experience in front-end framework such as Angular and back-end framework node.js is a plus.
• Experience developing Microservices architecture and API frameworks supporting application development. Certified solution architecture experience (AWS) would be highly desirable.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.
• A passion for data structures, algorithms, big “O” analysis and designing for performance, scalability and availability.
• Experience in mainstream cloud platforms, with AWS preferred.
• Hands-on experience in mainstream non-SQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB.
• A high level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
• AWS certificates are highly desired.
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
