You will be responsible for:
Assisting the Software Sales Manager, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the sales department;
Frontline contact with prospective clients assessing their needs and promoting software and services products;
Compiling lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sources;
Quotations/negotiating including obtaining product costings, liaising with sub-suppliers and ensuring neat presentation appearance of implementation plans;
Preparing purchase orders, sales orders, delivery documentation, and ordering marketing and supplies;
Organising/facilitating meetings, webinars, note taking and after meeting summaries
Working alongside the Product and Services Managers independently of the Sales Manager to ensure accurate records and representation to customer;
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods and services purchased;
Generating sales reports and maintaining Excel sheets; including CRM input and data retention management
Administration support to the wider team when necessary.
Your skills, attributes and experience will include but not be limited to:
5 years' experience in Banking, Accounting, IT or Software industry in customer facing, or sales roles .
Fluent English, communication, written skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) are a must;
Multi-lingual proficiency
IT, Engineer or Accounting bachelor’s degree
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
You will be well presented and have a friendly, positive attitude;
Be an excellent team player but also be organised and able to work autonomously;
Have strong attention to detail and accuracy; and
A 'can-do' attitude, a willingness to learn, be of assistance and anticipate the needs of your team;
