Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa

You will be responsible for Financial Accounting and month end processes and assist the Finance Manager in planning and implementing projects. Key Responsibilities: Processing month end transactions including journals Preparation and analysis of monthly Financial and management reports Reconciliation of Balance sheet, reviewing P&L, and analysis of variances against budget and forecast Reconcile Intercompany balances and vendor statements; Tax compliance (e.g.: BAS, FBT, PAYG) Bank reconciliation Liaise with external stakeholders, service providers and other PADI entities Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts Help in the annual audit process Support the Finance Manager and backup for other accounting functions About you: Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or related field CA/CPA qualified or part qualified Advanced MS Excel skills Experience with SAP Concur (preferred) Minimum 2 years’ experience Our ideal applicant will also have the following traits - Strong analytical and problem solving skills Attention to detail and able to work to deadlines Interpersonal skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to work independently and be a team player We offer: Opportunity to grow and develop your skill set and experience within a global organization Ongoing tailored Professional development Supportive management A collaborative team environment Work-life balance Free parking and close to public transport at our Brookvale office location
